Sugar Bowl, December 2020

In December of 2020 the Marching Rebels will travel to the Sugar Bowl.

Click HERE for the proposed itinerary. The itinerary is subject to change due to the Bowl Game date not being set until May, at that time we will have a concrete itinerary. 

 

This is a great opportunity for students to compete on the national stage as well as perform next to bands from across the country during the halftime show. 

 

For those interested in participating in the trip, they will need to fill out the information below as well as make note of the payment schedule also listed below. You can submit checks made payable to CPBA. Please make sure to write in the memo line "Trip Payment #__" so we can track all of the payments.

You can register or drop the trip until September 1st. After that point we can no longer add anyone. Full refund until September 1st, after that date $400 will not be refunded, after October 17th no refunds will be issued. 

 

February 21st - $100 deposit

May 29th - $300

September 18th - $300

November 13th - $300

 

If you are interested in attending the trip as a chaperone the total cost is $1,000. If you are looking to attend as a chaperone please complete the information below.

The undersigned agree that our student has permission to participate in the Champlin Park Marching Rebels trip to the Sugar Bowl in December of 2020. The permission includes travel from Champlin Park High School to New Orleans, Louisianna and related travel destinations. The teachers and chaperones or staff  will supervise all activities. Individual excursions are strictly forbidden, and curfew is imposed nightly. I (We) agree that my (our) student will abide by the rules of behavior and decorum outlined in the Champlin Park High School handbook. Participants will recognize their responsibility to other members of the travel group and coordinators. There will be absolutely no use of cigarettes, drugs or alcohol, all school and district policies apply. Students who break school/district polies may be sent home at the expense of their parent/guardian and subject to district disiplinary action.

I (We) have signed this form only after understanding and fully considering the above.
