Welcome to the Champlin Park High School Band Program! Here at Champlin Park we consistently strive for excellence in all that we do. Members of the Champlin Park Band Program operate within an environment of deeply ingrained values: motivation, dedication, and musical development. Along with these values, students develop the important life skills of leadership, cooperation, humility and responsibility through many diverse musical opportunities. These values, when combined with quality music, lead to an exciting and rewarding band experience. While attending Champlin Park students will have the opportunity to participate in numerous ensembles beyond just band class including Summer and Fall Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Band, Full Orchestra, Pit Orchestra, All-State Band, All-Conference Band, and various small ensembles. I encourage students to take opportunities and participate in other ensembles, it strengthens their abilities as musicians as well as helps them to make bonds with other musicians across the band program.
